About Me

I am a mother of two young women.  I live with them, and my partner, and our dog Roxy in Bishopston, Bristol.  We moved here from London about 18 years ago and although I adore London, I am so so glad we moved here.  I love the vibrancy and energy of Bristol.

I start each day with a dog walk.  Roxy’s enthousiasm genuinely brightens the day!  Walking Roxy is also an opportunity for random encounters and chats with fellow dog owners.  And I really enjoy that.

I love the outdoors: walking, particularly cliff top walking and camping. Whenever possible I head out to the countryside with a tent.   I adore camping – I came to it in my thirties but nothing can stop me now.

I love the indoors:  lots of spare time is taken up with reading – fiction and books/articles on health and wellbeing.    Cinema, watching sport and opera are other passions I revel in .

Travelling is my other joy.  And wherever I go – from Cornwall to the Caribbean, my homeopathic kit comes with me.  Tailored to the expected weather and conditions of course.

I am passionate about using and treating clients with homeopathy.  I am a great believer that homeopathic treatment can bring out the very best of each of us: energy, vitality and quality of health.

How I became passionate about Homeopathy

I came to use homeopathy for myself when I was pregnant for the second time.  The hayfever treatment I had been using since childhood was steroid based and inadvisable during pregnancy.  On a friend’s recommendation I turned to homeopathy.  With treatment I was completely hayfever free in three seasons.  I have used homeopathy extensively ever since then – for myself and my family.

I am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to the wider community and introduce people to the many benefits of homeopathy. Homeopathy offers a alternative way of caring for you and yours.  One where you take control, become informed and make decisions about health.

Today, I am a fully qualified and registered homeopath –  specialising in treating issues around menopause, eczema and painful periods. I have considerable experience in treating women and children for symptoms around hormones and immune systems.

If you’d like to read about my treatment of a distressing skin condition, take a look at my blog post ‘Healing skin with homeopathy‘.   Treating skin issues – such as eczema, psoriasis and acne – forms the basis of much of my work.

If you want to talk about how you can use homeopathy to bring long term health to your life, book a slot to talk.  30 minutes.  Free.  No strings.  See my booking button?  Click on that.

Welcome!
