#homeobotanicals #health

Back in wintery February 2018 I completed a post graduate course in Homeobotanicals.  I’d been hearing about how they were really helpful.  I was so was keen to learn more.

What I learnt astounded me.  Herbal-based tinctures, diluted and shaken (like homeopathic remedies).  They are taken in liquid drops.  The dose varies according to your practitioner and your particular set of circumstances.  Some of them taste bad – I cannot lie.  But the effects are spectacular.  There’s a testimonial below from one of my clients whose summer has been transformed by his Homeobotanical treatment.

In case you’ve never heard of them, have a look at this link.

Homeobotanicals are blends of herbs which have been prepared homeopathically.  The best of both worlds.  So, they work beautifully alongside homeopathy.  They reinforce the action of prescribed homeopathic remedies and have a nutritional component in their blend.

Do they work?

Absolutely.  I can testify to their efficacy.  I used them during a phase when my perimenopausal hot flushes returned following an emotional shock.  i decided to try Homeobotanicals alone.  Just to test them out.  I was astounded how quickly the blend worked for me, taking me from sweating enough and steaming up my glasses to allowing me to forget what a hot flush was!

And recently I received this Google review about Homeobotanicals:

‘I had such itchy eyes and nose for many months and Natalie nailed the symptoms so well with some homeopathically prepared herbal remedy that I didn’t even get hay fever this year (2018) when so many people have suffered’.

This review was from a client who struggles with hay fever in the summer and a dust allergy in the winter.  It was a long standing state of affairs.

If you are interested in learning more about Homeobotanicals and how they might help you, let’s have a chat.  Ask what you like.  No strings.  No commitment.

Where do you live?

I love living in Bristol.  There’s lots of energy and vibrancy here.  People are friendly and approachable and that makes living in a city – especially in the centre – really enjoyable.

Wherever you are, perhaps you are looking for ways to bring health and wellbeing into your life?

How can you do that?

You’re welcome to visit my clinic here, but many of my clients are from elsewhere — they choose to Skype with me instead.

What do we talk about in a consultation?

We talk about what’s bothering you, what’s taking your energy and attention  and how you can make life better using homeopathy and introducing small changes to create big effects.

My blogs are a way into to talking about bringing simple healthy habits into your daily life.  Whether that’s walking more, being less distracted, healthy recipes or thought provoking (I hope!) things which interest me.

Curious?  Call me!  A 30 min chat on the phone!  No pressure, no cost, and you can ask all the questions you have about homeopathy and healthy living.   Book your call here >
