Back in wintery February 2018 I completed a post graduate course in Homeobotanicals. I’d been hearing about how they were really helpful. I was so was keen to learn more.
What I learnt astounded me. Herbal-based tinctures, diluted and shaken (like homeopathic remedies). They are taken in liquid drops. The dose varies according to your practitioner and your particular set of circumstances. Some of them taste bad – I cannot lie. But the effects are spectacular. Homeobotanicals are blends of herbs which have been prepared homeopathically. The best of both worlds. So, they work beautifully alongside homeopathy. They reinforce the action of prescribed homeopathic remedies and have a nutritional component in their blend.
Do they work?
Absolutely. I can testify to their efficacy. I used them during a phase when my perimenopausal hot flushes returned following an emotional shock. i decided to try Homeobotanicals alone. Just to test them out. I was astounded how quickly the blend worked for me, taking me from sweating enough and steaming up my glasses to allowing me to forget what a hot flush was!
